Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Returns & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Return Process
Customers must report any defective or incorrect product within 2 Day of delivery.
To request a return, email us at thetoffeebag@gmail.com with order details and photos of the product.
Returns must be shipped back to our office at the customer's expense unless the issue is due to our error.
3. Refunds & Replacements
If eligible, refunds will be credited within 7 days to the original payment method.
Replacement items will be delivered within 5-7 business days, subject to stock availability.
